No Exit joins Zeitgeist in their native St.Paul after an amazing run in Cleveland. An exchange of local artistry, the event features Zeitgeist and No Exit performing music by Minnesota and Ohio composers. No Exit will give the Minnesota premiere of Christopher Goddard’s epic piece “trope en(trop)” as well as a rousing interpretation of Frederic Rzewski’s “Winnsboro Cotton Mill Blues” by pianist Nicholas Underhill. The program will also feature the premiere of a new work for Zeitgeist by Alexis Lamb and a new work for No Exit by Duluth composer Adam Glenski.
