No Exit will be traveling to ST. Paul Minnesota to perform a series of concerts with one of the most amazing new music ensembles around, the incomparable Zeitgeist! We’ll be in Zeitgeist’s neck of the woods (ST. Paul) November 11-13 sharing a series of concerts with them as part of our second annual ensemble exchange program. Zeitgeist will return the favor by making the journey to Cleveland this January to do the same. This is going to be an action packed few days of extraordinary music making!

The concerts will take place at Studio Z (275 East Fourth Street, Suite 200, St. Paul) with concerts on November 11 and 12 at 7:30PM and a concert of solo works on November 13 at 2:00PM. The concerts will feature works by Minnesota composers Janika Vanderveide, Gregory Theisen, Randy Bauer and a newly commissioned world premiere by Ann Millikan. Cleveland composers featured on the program(s) will be Greg D’Alessio, Nicholas Underhill and Hong-Da Chin with world premieres by James Praznik and Timothy Beyer….. this and much much more.

During the course of the three days each ensemble will be performing their individual sets as well as collaborations between the groups…. including the creation of one ‘super group’ to perform certain pieces.
