No Exit and Zeitgeist in Cleveland: Here and There 2020 at Heights Arts
2019—For several years now, NO EXIT, Cleveland’s most prolific new
music incubator and ensemble, and Zeitgeist, Saint Paul’s incomparable contemporary classical music quartet, have been collaborating in alternating home cities to present boldly riveting programs to adventurous audiences. In Cleveland together again this January, they will welcome in the new year with a superlative concert series NOT TO BE MISSED! The program will feature works representative of composers from both Northeastern Ohio and The Twin Cities, including all-new world premiere compositions by Michael Renee Torres and Jonathan Posthuma, plus extraordinarily inventive pieces by Daniel Nass, Tiffany Skidmore, Pat O’Keefe, Doug Opel, Buck McDaniel, Pauline Oliveros and Giacinto Scelsi.
